Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Vezy application. By downloading or booking services through Vezy, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Booking & Upfront Pricing

Vezy acts as an on-demand home service marketplace matching clients with vetted independent local contractors for house cleaning, electrical, plumbing, aircon servicing, and handyman jobs.

Prices shown in the app are fixed base rates. Final billing is displayed prior to booking confirmation.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If a booked service does not meet quality standards, users may request a re-service or refund under the Vezy 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy within 48 hours of service completion.
